Very good tool for mixing flour and water.
It even can be used for cake mixing.

Have just ventured into the world of making 100% Rye Sourdough. Found the very wet paste really difficult to work with. Thought the dough whisk looked really big and cumbersome but was easy to work the levain and water into the flour – clearing the sides of the bowl of flour. A bit of stretch and fold using a scraper and much easier to shape with minimal handling. The bread is ripening but looking good. Very pleased. Much less panic and stress.
