Delivery Time & Costs

All orders are shipped via our couriers DPD or Royal Mail.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

Orders placed before noon for which you have paid for next day delivery will arrive the following day. Orders placed after noon will arrive the day after the following day.

Standard Delivery

All standard deliveries will arrive within  2-3 working days. Please note that during the festive season Royal Mail can take a little longer.

Next Day Delivery

Order before 3.30pm Monday to Friday for UK next day delivery. Additional charges apply at checkout. Friday orders may be delivered on a Saturday depending on DPD in your area or will arrive Monday.

International Delivery

Please note, if you require delivery to an International country you will be asked to pay customs charges. You will be contacted by our carrier to arrange payment. Ceramics, Porcelain, China and Glass items are not insured by couriers and we will not refund / replace them if damaged. Purchase at your own discretion.

Back Orders

If your order is a back order please allow up to up to 28 days for delivery.

Gift Wrap

We would be happy to gift wrap your order. If you would like your order gift wrapped please select this option on your order form, indicating the occasion your loved one will be celebrating. We will gift wrap your kitchenware and attach a gift tag with a personal message from you to the recipient. To see our full terms click here.
