Cookie Cutter Set: 4 x Gingerbread Family

Have fun making your very own gingerbread cookies with this set of four assorted metal cutters.

Ideal for making a cookie or biscuit gingerbread family.

Ingredients, 4ozs butter, 4oz plain flour, 2oz caster sugar, 2oz cornflour, 1 and half teaspoons ground ginger, pinch of salt, chopped ginger to taste.

Method- rub butter into the flour and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well together and then roll and cut out and place in the oven on gas mark 3(180 degrees) for 20 minutes (approx.).
