This is a good product and it makes a great size burger. It is easy to use even without reading the instructions.
Rose –
The patty press works pretty well. I was able to take a couple pounds of ground beef and — a handful at a time — make individual home-made burger patties of regular size AND also of White Castle slider size. The meat stuck together pretty well and I simply put the freshly made patties into plastic baggies and into the freezer. Getting ready to do another batch today.
