There’s a small 8 cm (3″) sieve, which is fantastic for sieving smaller amounts of ingredients, such as cocoa powder to lightly dust a latte or turmeric to give a curry sauce that distinctive warm colour and flavour.

You’ll also get a 12.5 cm (5″) medium sieve and a large 18 cm (7″) sieve. The medium sieve is great for dusting cakes with icing sugar or loaves of bread with flour.
