Sugarflair edible paste colours are a concentrated food colouring, comprising a gel like consistency, that can be kneaded into sugar paste, flower and modelling paste, marzipan, buttercream and royal icing to produce a range of shades by varying the amount of paste used.

Use sparingly with a cocktail stick to add colour to sugarpaste, flower paste, buttercream or sponge cake.
