The Twist Grater from Joseph Joseph introduces two new styles of grating blade. A “star” blade for hard cheeses such as Parmesan and an “extra fine” blade for grating and zesting spices, nuts and citrus fruit.

The Twist also features a bi positional handle for maximum convenience and comfort. Lock the handle into the straight position for grating directly over food, or twist it 90 degrees and lock to create a sturdy supporting shape, perfect for grating larger quantities of food.

Also included is a plastic sheath to protect the blades when stored which can be flipped to allow you to collect and measure your grated food.

Dishwasher safe.
