Friands are originally a French pastry but are becoming more mainstream as a result of availability in coffee and bakers shops.

Our MasterClass 12-Hole Non-Stick Friand Tin is made of commercial-grade carbon steel and features a clever double non-stick coating.

With its premium quality materials, it makes it much easier to bake lovely, feather-light friands.

This heavy duty baking pan measures 35.5 x 26.5 cm (14” x 10”), and features 12 friand moulds measuring 7.5 x 5.5 x 4 cm (3” x 2” x 1½”), perfect for afternoon tea, or as dinner party puddings.
