Bought this along with other items as I am a novice at icing cakes. It is ideal for rolling fondant icing and marzipan as it does not stick so much as wood. Very easy to clean and the 12″ one I bought is easy enough to store. I shall probably use it quite a lot now and try it with pastry too.
