Stainless Steel Flavour Injector

2 reviews for Flavour Injector: Flavour Injector, Stainless Steel

  1. Annalie

A very good syringe. Works well. Don’t press too hard though as it produces high pressure so will explode hot meat juices everywhere if you do. The only tip is ensure you grease the rubber seal on the plunger before use because is difficult to move if you don’t.

  2. Micky

Sturdy, well made injector. Doesn’t leak, easy to use.
Screwing the handle on and off can be painfully hard when the plunger is pushed all the way into the body. Do the screwing while it’s just barely inserted, and you have much less friction.
Cleaning the needles can be tricky, but I find that a disposable pipe cleaner does the job. Be careful though, as you might pull out the small rubber gasket behind the thread. If you do, just put it back. Don’t let it go down the sink.
