Each blade is fashioned from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel, and is precision ground for strength, flexibility and sharpness.

The handles are shaped to provide a good fit in the hand, with an end stop to prevent slippage.

Each handle is secured using solid brass rivets and hand finished to ensure each knife leaves the factory in a condition that the Sheffield craftsmen would be proud to put their name to.

It can be used for mincing, slicing, and chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and disjointing large cuts. The blade is curved to allow a rocking motion when chopping with a minimum of force, and tapers to a point to allow intricate tasks to be performed accurately.
