They are best used to present food but can also be used as dinner plates, just with the design being enamelled onto the plate over time it could get scratched.

This particular plate is 26cm in diameter and has been decorated with a design called “Victoria and Albert” .  The pattern features insignia used by Victoria and Albert. A pattern taken from a porcelain pottery range designed and made by the Chelsea Porcelain Factory in London between 1758 and 1769.
