it heats up quickly, distributes heat really well. It’s non stick. I’ve made scrambled eggs, steak, burgers, – and it’s cooked super well in great time. I’ve made toasties on it as well – but you should get a cast iron press to speed up the cheese melting time.

To keep it in tip top shape i do clean it with the cast iron chainmail, soap and hot water, then towel dry it and rub in a coat of oil to add extra seasoning.

  2. Phil Gove

Pricey but worth it. A good quality piece of heavy cookware. I use it on the hob and on the BBQ. Great for eggs, bacon and steaks. Holds and distributes heat well. Keep it seasoned, wash with water, no soap and dry off with paper towel.
