The Puratos Spraylix aerosol is designed to be sprayed on cake and bread tins before you pour in your batter and will ensure your cakes and bread turn out perfectly every time.

Used by professional chefs this spray gives a non stick surface to tins.

Each tin holds 600ml and offers an effective, economic method of application. It should last for at least 50 bakes.

It forms a white foam so you can see you have a uniform coverage before pouring in your batter.

Consistent – effective control of quantity. Developed to limit the formation of deposits – saves time by keeping tins and trays clean.

CFC free propellant. Ingredients – refined vegetable oils, emulsifier, soy lecithin (E322), vegetable wax, antioxidant. Highly recommended to all bakers out there.
