The bespoke crafted domed lid traps steam and maintains an even baking temperature, giving you a bread that is light inside but which has a thick crispy crust.
It measures 39cm x 14.5cm x 17cm/ 15″ x 5 ½” x 6 ½” and is microwave and oven safe.
