This is our house made firm zesty lemon sponge which is firm enough for cake decorating yet moist on the inside.

Order from us and get ready to decorate.

Please note these cakes have been previously frozen for transport purposes.

We supply a single layer cake approximately 2” thick.

In the notes section of your order please indicate the date you need to take delivery of your cake.

Please note: We can only send cakes Monday-Thursday for next day delivery and we need 2 days’ notice to bake the sponge(s).
