I have had this product for just under two months. It is brilliant, so many beautiful ice cubes! If you followed the instructions they weren’t hard to free up, it was getting them out through the hole that was fidgety, but that was only a mild inconvenience. I soon figured out that if you run it under cold water for a moment (Often you can hear the ice begin to crack then) on each side before pressing on it it helps loosen things up.

Brilliant way of making ice with no mess. Once the ice is broken you pop out the sides then pour it out.
