A lovely plate in the pretty Blue Stars design from Emma Bridgewater, this plate is part of the Blues range and will hold a generous serving of food.

Measuring 10½ inches in diameter, the plate is the perfect size for serving meals or presenting a selection of sandwiches or cakes.

A lovely addition to any kitchen it will make a great gift for a birthday or a housewarming present.

The patterns may vary but the gorgeous cobalt blue, evocative of deepening evening twilight, unifies the collections in the Emma Bridgewater range of Blues. Reminiscent of the blue found in antique oriental pottery, the sponge application of the colour on these items perfectly demonstrates the slightly uneven tone that is a happy by-product of this method.

Not suitable for Microwave use. Not Oven safe.

Dishwasher safe, however it is recommended to wash in lower temperature with liquid detergent to maintain appearance.

Emma Bridgewater’s English earthenware is hand-made in her factory in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire in England. The spongeware patterns are decorated entirely by hand.
