I just recently got very interested doing cakes and cake decorations and obviously cake lifter was something that I wanted to buy. I did quite a lot comparison but at the end I bought this one. Oh boy this one is just perfect cake lifter, size is great and this one is very sturdy. It slides perfectly between cake layers and lifts up the cake just like magic. The price is quite high for such a simple product but this is top quality one. It is truly a joy to lift stuff with this. Nothing to complain about! I’m sure that you can find similar things for half price but if you buy this one you won’t be disapointed.

This is a solid beautifully made product that won’t be falling apart anytime soon. It’s forged from a single plate of cast aluminium with a sturdy rubber handle and is perfect for a variety of uses and not just cakes. Be aware though it’s big – ten inches (25cm) in diameter so don’t think you’ll be keeping it in your regular utensil holder!
