Barry –
Use lighter fluid to fill it. Blowtorch works well and easily once filled.
RosyHop –
The torch feels a bit cheap – the only metal bit is the nozzle itself. The knob on top, the base and other parts are made of silver plastic and I have a feeling it may break if dropped.
However, despite the low build quality, it works nicely. You set the power with the knob, click the red button to light it, and then it burns without you needing to hold a button you can put it down without having to re-light it.
It doesn’t hold very much gas so it only burns for a couple of minutes before you need to refill it, but this is easy, using a refill can of lighter fluid.
