Description

Ever wonder how the pros bake moist, level cakes with no crowns, cracks or crusty edges?

They use Bake Even strips.

These fabric bands insulate the sides of your cake pan so that your batter cooks evenly.

After fitting to your pan, soak strips in cold water, remove excess, wrap around pan and cinch to tighten.

You’ll never have to level a cake again.

These strips are designed to ensure a perfectly evenly bakes cake all over and eliminate overcooked edges.

Pack contains: 2 x 1.5” wide strips, each 35” long – enough for 2 tins up to 10” round, or twice around a deep tin.

Dimensions: Each strip measures: 35” (L) x 1.5” (W)

    Cake cooked evenly with well risen edges and no dome would recommend this product

    I had seen someone (preppykitchen) on YouTube use them and I was intrigued. I baked two cakes using them and I was impressed! You do not get the crusty outside ring around the cake, it does not dome and the consistency of the cake itself is actually light and fluffy. I’m going to buy a few more as I think they’d make excellent gifts for any baker.
