    I apologise if I don’t sound as elated as I should at this point, force of habit I suppose, I now have many Lodge products and they’re all amazing, more than game-changers, they’re life-changers, they changed my life, I can’t go back to Teflon or Rock or whatever else. The griddle is solid, great shape, great seasoning, great finish. It cooks like a dream, nothing sticks to it, and it clean in seconds.

    Let me say this makes the most amazing eggs and pancakes, but you have to know how to use it.
    Do not treat this like a nonstick pan it will destroy your food.

    Cast iron needs heating up first, never try cook on cold cast iron it sticks.

    Best fried eggs non stick, heat up your skillet gradually, until the oil about to smoke or starting (I like rapeseed). the handle will get warm to the touch. Reduce or turn off heat. Add your egg dont touch it until the sides slightly brown now it should be non stick.

    Does everything from crepes, to eggs, to sausages. A bit of seasoning and it’s completely non-stick and easy to clean.
