Griddles and Sizzlers

Cooking with a griddle offers a healthy option as it minimises the fat used in frying off meats, fish and vegetables.

Traditionally chefs have used the heavier cast iron griddles and sizzlers  to griddle foods however if you find these pans too heavy to manage why not try the lighter aluminium griddles and pans we also stock. Most of our cast iron griddles come from world renowned Lodge, a company based in Pensylvania US and who are simply the best when it comes to cast iron.
