This beautiful mini board has been hand crafted from Sweet Chestnut by our very own woodsman who is based in the South West of England.

This board has been cut from a single slab of Sweet Chestnut that has been kiln dried, then planed to a flat surface, sanded, oiled and waxed for a quality smooth finish.

This board has been cut from a single slab of English Oak that has been kiln dried, then planed to a flat surface, sanded, oiled and waxed for a quality smooth finish.

Each board is different and completely unique, like the gorgeous wood it has been made from.

Designed to add a wow factor. Our board will definitely add a rustic feel to your kitchen and not only can it be used as a small chopping board but also as a cheese board or a bar board.

It measures 15cm x 20cm x 3cm (approx.)

Our mini board has been made from beautiful English Sweet Chestnut this board has come from a tree that has naturally died in a churchyard from Woolfardisworthy Cross in Bideford and is responsibly sourced from storm damage.

The tree came down a Winter storm and is responsibly sourced. The farm has a policy of replanting trees.
Care:

• Do wash the board with warm soapy water. 
• Do oil the board regularly – you can not cause any damage by over-oiling. 
• Do store the board on a flat surface (not on its edge). 
• DO NOT leave items such as cheese on the board for long periods as the moisture can get into the wood and stains may develop. 
• DO NOT leave items made from steel, such as food cans, on the board for long periods as the steel may react with the wood causing stains to develop – stainless steel is not an issue. 
• DO NOT immerse the board in water or wash it in a dishwasher. 
• DO NOT subject the board to significant changes in temperature, e.g. by placing it on a stove or radiator.
